This fun, high energy class includes cardio, core, and stretch, all to favorite songs from Bollywood movies. Cardio portion of the class is a dance workout based on the choreography from the movies! No previous experience is required. All are welcome! Dress comfortably to work out. Tennis shoes are ideal.
